An integrated Marketing Sales Specialist with Digital Focus is someone who operates exclusively with local direct accounts.  You will be prospecting, developing client relationships, working with our marketing strategists, and selling full-funnel marketing strategies to local direct accounts.
Your primary focus: 75%-85% of one’s time spent in client engagement activities and meetings. With a robust support team, the time in-office needed will be minimal.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Represent and have a clear understanding of all Mid-West Family’s suite of products and services.
- Prospecting, new business development, and revenue generation are crucial.
- Identify KEY and Target accounts that require full-funnel services to upsell and prospect.
- Maintain accountability for the collection of all accounts.
- Delegation and clear communication are critical.
- Utilizes market research tools effectively with clients and prospects.
- Have a high level of business aptitude.
- Exude comprehensive communicative skills with clients and co-workers.
- Is work and success-motivated.
- Has strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must provide reliable transportation for work duties, and have a valid driver’s license and insurance.

Qualifications:
College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2-years Advertising Sales – with Digital focus
Good listening skills, competent computer skills, cold-calling, and some creative writing ability skills required.

Part 1:
Lead Marketing Strategist/ Coordinator
- Liaison between SpringMo Marketing Team and SpringMo Digital Department
- Help develop multi-faceted strategies encompassing the many marketing tools that Mid-West Family has to offer that best meet the client’s goals and objectives
- Delegate proposal creation and oversee development templates to help ease the process
- Define and inspect expectations for the implementation team
- Assist in client contact, support, and gathering of information
Part 2:
Digital Project Management
- Leads and organizes planning, development, and deployment of multi-faceted strategies encompassing the many marketing tools at Mid-West Family Marketing
- Oversee order entry to reporting (effaces on managing fulfillment)
- Work closely with the implementation team to identify tasks, processes, and other systems that can be automated or streamlined
- Assist in the identification of new digital innovations and opportunities and define if and how the brand should engage
- Ensure a positive collaborative work environment between SpringMo Digital Department and MidWest Family Services
- Help develop best practices as it pertains to communication between SpringMo Digital Department and MidWest Family Services
- Oversee with client reporting monthly and quarterly
- Act as the final point of accountability to ensure quality, timely and on-budget delivery of digital marketing tactics
- Help train the SpringMo Marketing Team on the products offered through Mid-West Family Services and beyond
- Oversee SpringMo Marketing Team in use of project management software
- Manage and connect Marketron with the Digital fulfillment team on all digital campaigns
- Regularly track and get insight into competitor's strategies
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a digital media specialist or digital marketing
- Strong time management skills
- Creative problem solving and idea growth
- Highly capable of communicating tasks, written and verbal
- Strong project management, problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Exceptional knowledge of marketing, sales, and development process
- Ability to develop a strong relationships with SpringMo Marketing Team, Digital Department, MWF Services, and all 3rd Party vendors
On Job Training
- Willingness to grow knowledge of YouTube, HULU, OTT/ CTV, SEO, SEM/PPC, social media, digital targeting, website design, and development

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,305.00 - $36,000.00 per year
